Breaking up with someone, or being broken up with, is always awkward.

So, just to make it that little more awkward, why not send your new ex a survey to really get to the bottom of what went wrong. A woman is claiming that her friend 'Katie' is doing just that, and has posted a screen shot of said survey on Twitter. And Twitter loves it.

The survey features such questions as ‘What is wrong with you?’, ‘What is wrong with me?’, and ‘Would you like to remain on the mailing list in case another opportunity opens up?’.
