Drought - Cape Town residents may lose piped water to their homes within two months if they do not act now to combat the effects of the worst drought to hit South Africa’s second city in nearly a century. Libyan devastation - Two car bombs have exploded outside a mosque in anl area of the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi, killing 27 and wounding more than 30, officials said. ‘Enjoy hell’ - After listening to the pleas of more than 150 victims, a judge is set to sentence a Michigan doctor, Larry Nassar, for years of sexual abuse by molesting Olympic gymnasts and other young female athletes instead of solving their sports injuries. Judge Rosemarie Aquilina will hear from a few more victims and then send Nassar to prison Wednesday. He faces a minimum prison term of 25 to 40 years but it could go higher. He is already serving 60 years on charges of child pornography.
